Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses right now, and we don't ship internationally.

When your order ships
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday, within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Once your order ships, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days.

Shipping costs
Orders of $75 or more ship free. For orders under $75, you'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

How your order travels
Donuts ship frozen with an ice pack to keep them fresh on the way to you. Cookies are shelf stable and stay good for 12 months from the manufacturing date.

Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Problems with a delivery
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled or wrong, email hello@goodjourneyfoods.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
