Processing & Handling

All Good Journey Donut orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and handed off to our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail is a fast, reliable shipping service that ensures your donuts arrive as fresh as possible and in great condition. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you always know exactly where your package is.

Packaging & Temperature

Our donuts are perishable and made without artificial preservatives, so we take great care in how we pack and ship every order. Each order is packed frozen at the time of shipment and shipped with an ice pack inside an insulated thermal liner to help maintain cold temperatures during transit.

Despite our best efforts to keep things cold, donuts may arrive thawed due to transit time and weather conditions. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or safety of your order in any way. Upon receiving your package, simply place the donuts immediately into the freezer or refrigerator.

Storage Instructions

To enjoy your Good Journey Donuts at their very best, store them in the freezer for up to 6 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. When you are ready to enjoy one, simply thaw it at room temperature or pop it in the microwave for approximately 15 seconds for that fresh, soft, pillowy texture.

Expiration Date

The expiration date printed on your packaging reflects the frozen expiration date. Please keep this in mind when storing your donuts in the refrigerator rather than the freezer.
